Returns
If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase. Send it back to us and we’ll refund the full cost of the item minus the shipping costs.
Your item needs to have a receipt or a proof of purchase from The Survival Sign store.
Please allow up to 10 to 14 business days for your return to be processed and your account to be credited.
Once your return has been processed. You will be notified via the email address you provided with your original online order. Slight delays in our return processing may happen during sale and promotional periods. This is due to higher volumes.
Our refund policy is in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.

Costs will vary depending on your location and the weight of your parcel. Please pack your parcel carefully. Any damage incurred in transit to The Survival Sign secure mail box. Is the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment.) You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Note: The manufacturer doesn’t have to provide a refund if the customer doesn’t have proof of purchase (a receipt) or has just changed their mind. If they have damaged the goods or they knew about a fault beforehand (Example: factory seconds.)

Please read this warranty carefully. Record or attach your purchase receipt to this warranty and keep it in a safe place. You must produce both the warranty and proof of purchase in the event of a Warranty Against Defects being required.

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Free Replacement Guarantee
Register your purchase for our FREE Replacement Guarantee because if you are ever rescued using The Survival Sign and for whatever reason it doesn’t make it to safety with you. Share your story with us to use on our website or other mediums and we will replace your SOS signal free of all charges.
Shipping
You are responsible for paying the shipping costs to return your item for a refund. If you receive a refund, the cost of the original purchase shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Delivery times
Purchases are posted Monday-Friday during business hours. Purchases made on the weekend or public holidays are processed within 2-3 business days.
